Gary is the Chief Information Security Officer at AIG where he leads the global cybersecurity risk management program while working closely the Executive Leadership Team to drive information security strategy for the company. Additionally, Gary provides start-up advising as a member of the Forgepoint Capital Cybersecurity Advisory Council, and serves on two non-profit Boards. Prior to AIG, Gary served as a Senior Vice President at USAA and was their first Chief Security Officer where he was responsible for building out a holistic security program spanning Information Security, Fraud Operations, Privacy, Business Continuation, Physical Security, and Corporate Investigations. Gary spent a short time with Deloitte in their federal practice after a 25-year career as an Air Force officer where he served in a variety of leadership and staff positions within the information technology career field including: telecommunications, satellite communications, deployed network operations, and cybersecurity. Most notably, Gary was on the front line of cyberspace operations for the Department of Defense where he supported the establishment and evolution of the Joint Task Force Global Network Operations, the organization that was the focal point for the operation and security of DoD information systems and networks, and pre-cursor to establishment of the US Cyber Command.
Ed Skoudis is the founder of Counter Hack, a company focused on conducting ultra high-quality penetration tests and red team engagements to help organizations better manage their cyber risks. Ed is a SANS Fellow, author, and instructor who has trained over 20,000 cyber security professionals in the art of penetration testing and incident response. Ed is an expert witness who is often called in to analyze large-scale breaches.
Joff is a security analyst and penetration tester at Black Hills Information Security (BHIS). He has extensive experience covering intrusion prevention/detection systems, infrastructure defense, vulnerability analysis, defense bypass, source code analysis and exploit research. He is also an instructor at the SANS Institute, where he primarily teaches the use of Python for information security purposes.
Mollie is the Founder and CEO of Perygee, a no-code IT & security automation platform purpose-built to address the cyber security challenges of the digital-first world. Previously she was a mathematician at the National Security Agency focused on intelligence-related missions. Mollie was also the technical project manager for the AI/ML portfolio at the Defense Innovation Unit, where she led the adoption of AI/ML at the highest levels at the Pentagon. Molly holds dual Computer Science and Mathematics degrees from Duke University and both an MBA and MS in Engineering from Harvard University.
John is a senior-level CISO and enterprise risk manager with 20+ years of experience in security and risk management. He has successfully managed companywide security operations in Fortune 100 financial services, technology and aerospace companies, and is a certified security professional (CISSP and CISM) with dual master's degrees (most recently an MBA).
Jason is a Principal Security Consultant and CIO at Secure Ideas, a boutique information security consultancy that focuses on penetration testing and training, where he leverages his software design, architecture, and security testing experience. He is also the author of many extensions for Burp Suite and is a contributor to several other projects including SamuraiWTF, MobiSec, and Laudanum.
Justin is a Vice President at In-Q-Tel, a non-profit strategic investor serving the Intelligence Community, where he oversees a portfolio of innovative cybersecurity companies solving complex challenges at the intersection of National Security and Commercial Industry. He has also led research and technical diligence exploration for developmental investments that shape Digital Forensics, Behavioral Analytics, Endpoint Protection, Orchestration and Automation, and Software Assurance early-stage startups.
Rich is Founder and Managing Director of Guida Technology Associates, Inc., a small consulting company, through which he has consulted for companies in the pharmaceutical, retail, financial, and telecommunications sectors. An information security and engineering professional with extensive experience in the Federal government and in the private sector, Rich has occupied executive positions within the Department of the Navy, the Department of the Treasury, and at Johnson & Johnson (J&J). In 2011, Rich retired from J&J as Vice President of Worldwide Information Security (J&J’s Chief Information Security Officer). He is especially skilled in written and oral communications.
